As a Credit Sales - FSV Channel - Relationship Manager, your role involves handling business operations for customers who have taken loan cases from the Bank. Your key responsibilities will include: - Making appointments with customers and exploring their financial needs in life-related investment and insurance areas - Selecting appropriate products from the company's range to meet these needs and gaining customer agreement to purchase - Accurately completing sales documentation - Building a strong customer base to explore opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling - Obtaining referrals to further prospects when appropriate - Ensuring sales completion by facilitating medical reports and promptly issuing policy documents - Adhering to the company sales process and submitting various reports in a timely manner To qualify for this role, you should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in Life Insurance, cross-selling Insurance sales, Banking, or Financial Services sales. The ideal candidate will hold a Degree or Diploma with 3 years of education.
