As a Credit Controller, you will assess and advise on the creditworthiness of prospective and existing customers. Your responsibilities will include investigating and approving credit applications within established guidelines, liaising with corporate customers and other departments to resolve credit issues, performing routine assignments in an entry-level professional role, connecting with clients via calls and emails for regular support, and minimizing financial risk by assessing and advising on customer creditworthiness. Requirements for this role include 3+ years of experience in credit control or accounts receivable, strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset, ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining high standards, credibility and negotiation skills for customer interactions, support for the sales organization in debt collection matters, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
