Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Credit Control Supervisor at Ohio Hospital and Medical Centre, located in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Credit Control Supervisor will oversee and manage the credit control department, ensuring timely collection of outstanding debt, maintaining accurate records, and assessing credit risks. Responsibilities include monitoring and managing overdue accounts, communicating with clients to resolve payment issues, and implementing credit policies to reduce bad debt. The role also involves regular reporting on credit control activities and working closely with the finance team to ensure financial stability.

Qualifications

• Credit Control and Credit Management skills are essential
• Strong Finance and Analytical Skills
• Experience in Debt Collection and management of overdue accounts
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in financial software and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting is an advantage
