Job Summary:

Credit Card Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Lead Generation

  • Promote and sell the banks or companys credit card products to individual customers.
  • Generate leads through cold calls, field visits, retail counters, corporate activities, or digital campaigns.
  • Conduct product presentations and explain features, benefits, and offers to potential customers.

Customer Acquisition

  • Identify and qualify potential customers based on eligibility criteria.
  • Collect required documents and complete the end-to-end onboarding process.
  • Follow up with leads and ensure timely application submissions.

Target Achievement

  • Meet and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain productivity metrics and contribute to overall team performance.

Customer Service

  • Ensure a smooth application process and provide accurate information.
  • Address initial customer queries and concerns with a professional attitude.
  • Assist customers in activating and using their cards post-issuance.

Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure compliance with KYC norms, data privacy, and internal policies.
  • Collect, verify, and submit complete documentation for credit card applications.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer data and sales activity in CRM systems.
