Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Customer Acquisition: Actively approach potential customers at Malls, Star bazar, or pump sites to promote and sell credit cards. Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets (KPIs). Customer Education: Explain credit card features, benefits, fees, and interest rates to prospective clients. Document Verification: Collect and verify necessary customer documents for application submission. Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with clients to encourage card activation and usage. Required Skills and Qualifications: Experience: Previous experience in direct sales, banking, or telecom is often preferred. Communication: Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills. Target-Oriented: Highly motivated and driven to achieve sales targets. Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport quickly with potential customers. Education: Typically requires a HSC or higher education. Job Type and Benefits Type: Full-time, on-site, field-based. ( Malls, Store, Pumps.)
