Credentialing Specialist

Job Title: Credentialing Specialist – US Healthcare (RCM) Job Summary: We are looking for a Credentialing Specialist with US Healthcare/RCM experience to handle provider enrollment and credentialing activities. The candidate will ensure all providers are properly credentialed with insurance payers and meet compliance standards. Key Responsibilities: Collect, review, and verify provider documents (licenses, certifications, NPI, CAQH, etc.). Complete enrollment and re-credentialing applications with payers. Maintain and update CAQH profiles for providers. Track application status and follow up with payers regularly. Maintain accurate credentialing files and records. Ensure compliance with payer rules and organizational guidelines. Communicate with providers, payers, and internal teams. Assist with resolving enrollment-related issues. Requirements: Minimum 2+ years of experience in US Healthcare Provider Credentialing. Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial payer enrollment. Hands-on experience with CAQH, PECOS, NPPES.
