Job Description

You will be responsible for monitoring staff credentials and licenses, advising staff on renewal procedures, and participating in the development of internal credentialing processes. Your duties will also include keeping records of licenses, credentials, and insurance contracts, filling initial applications, and submitting them to insurance companies to obtain staff credentials. Additionally, you will be communicating with insurance companies to address queries raised during the credentialing process until completion and managing the re-credentialing process before expiry. Qualifications required for this role: - Prior experience in back office operations within the medical/healthcare industry. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication skills to interact with insurance companies and staff effectively. Please note that the employment type for this position is permanent.,
