Creator Outreach Specialist

What we're looking for:

A full-time Creator Outreach Specialist with 0-1 years of experience, excellent communication skills and a strong interest in the creator ecosystem.

You will work closely with the core team to identify the right creators, initiate conversations, and maintain seamless operational communication.

Responsibilities include:

• Researching and identifying relevant creators based on clear criteria.
• Conducting structured outreach to creators across platforms (email, DMs, etc.).
• Maintaining ongoing operational communication with creators - ensuring smooth coordination, updates, and follow-ups.
• Tracking conversations, statuses, and outcomes using our internal CRM.
• Coordinating schedules, information flow, and next steps with the internal team.
• Maintaining high-quality communication standards.

Skills required:

• Excellent communication skills - clear, friendly, and professional.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously without losing track.
• Basic understanding of the creator ecosystem (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
• Proactive work ethic and ownership - able to operate independently once trained.
• Strong research skills and ability to identify the right profiles.
