As an experienced influencer marketing executive with over 3 years of experience in the same role, you have the opportunity to join our team in Mumbai and contribute to scaling our creator partnerships program. Working closely with the influencer marketing head and the CEO, you will play a vital role in expanding our collaborations with relevant creators on YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram. Your role will involve researching and identifying the right creators aligned with our target audience, negotiating partnerships based on ROI and CAC metrics, and fostering relationships to build an influencer network for ongoing collaborations. Additionally, you will be responsible for conducting keyword and content research to provide valuable content recommendations for successful creator collaborations and tracking key metrics set by the internal team. To excel in this position, you should possess a deep understanding of YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok from a user's perspective, a passion for social media campaigns and brand collaborations, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to generate ideas and create basic content briefs. A minimum of 3 years of previous experience in influencer marketing or content partnerships is required for this role.
