• Write high-impact video scripts (short + long format)
• Create and feature in self-shot videos when needed
• Improve hooks, pacing, storytelling & retention
• Review and approve marketing videos with a creator’s eye
• Suggest ideas that make content sharper, bolder, more engaging
• Work closely with the Marketing & Content teams
• Ensure every video fits the brand and the platform it’s on
  

What You Bring

• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook & YouTube videos
• Clear sense of what works online (hooks, cliffs, formats)
• Love for storytelling through video
• Basic video editing & content flow knowledge
• Creative mindset - can build or elevate ideas
• Comfortable on camera (big plus)
• Familiarity with AI video tools (editing, voice, visuals, etc.)
