Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Client Relations Coordinator located in Mumbai. The Client Relations Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include managing client communications, coordinating projects, resolving client inquiries, and supporting the execution of business strategies. Organizational and project management skills are essential to efficiently handle multiple client accounts and projects.

Coordinate with inhouse design and creative team and get the creatives done as per client requirements. Doing quality checks and manage social media postings

• Problem-solving and time management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
