Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

Edit and produce engaging videos for brand campaigns, social media, and digital promotions using
AI-powered video workflows
.
Independently create and manipulate video content through
AI generation tools such as Veo3, Kling, Runway, Pika Labs, Synthesia, Kaiber, and similar platforms
.
Design
motion graphics, transitions, and visual effects
that elevate storytelling and maintain brand consistency.
Develop supporting
graphic designs, thumbnails, and social media creatives
to complement video narratives.
Collaborate closely with the marketing, design, and content teams to conceptualize and execute creative video strategies.
Perform
color grading, sound design, and final post-production refinements
using
Adobe Premiere Pro
and
DaVinci Resolve/Fusion
.
Experiment continuously with
new AI tools, video automation workflows, and generative technologies
to optimize production speed and output quality.
Ensure videos align with campaign goals, brand tone, and audience engagement benchmarks.

Preferred Candidate Profile

6-10 years of experience in video editing or a related field (animation & VFX).
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro) and AI solutions like AI Techniques.
Strong understanding of motion graphics principles and visual effects techniques.
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
