Role Overview

The Creative Services Manager will lead and manage global creative delivery teams while working closely with international clients and internal stakeholders. Reporting to the Creative Director, this role will oversee end-to-end creative execution across multiple formats, including CTV video, display advertising, and social media assets, ensuring quality, efficiency, and brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage global creative services projects with frequent interaction with US and international clients
• Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of creative assets, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and quality standards
• Prepare and present Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and performance updates to clients and internal stakeholders
• Generate and analyze operational reports (quality, productivity, utilization) using Excel and Google Sheets
• Monitor team performance, conduct monthly reviews, track targets, and drive continuous improvement
• Act as the primary point of contact for client and management communications related to creative delivery
• Identify training and development needs and collaborate with cross-functional teams to upskill resources
• Support flexible work schedules aligned with global client requirements

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience as a Creative Services Manager, Team Lead, or similar leadership role within a multinational environment
• Strong expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects
• Demonstrated experience working directly with US or global clients in a client-facing role
• Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in Excel and Google Sheets for reporting and data analysis
• Solid background in creative design combined with people and performance management experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to AI-powered creative or productivity tools
• Experience in dashboard creation and reporting automation
• Hands-on experience conducting performance appraisals and talent development initiatives

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Advertising, Mass Communication, or a related field (preferred)
• MBA or PGDM in Marketing is an added advantage
