Creative Services Manager

As a Lead Creative Technologist, you will play a crucial role in spearheading the development of web platforms, digital campaigns, and microsites utilizing modern frameworks such as React and Vue, along with cutting-edge tools like Framer and Webflow. Your responsibility will include building, launching, and optimizing HTML5 banners, rich media creatives, and display ad experiences across various formats and sizes. Moreover, you will be tasked with managing WordPress-based campaign microsites, involving theme development, plugin customization, and performance enhancement. Your role will also entail prototyping and constructing AI-integrated tools and experiences using platforms like OpenAI (ChatGPT), RunwayML, Pika, and other generative AI tools. It will be your duty to oversee and enhance technical workflows to ensure seamless collaboration among creative, development, and production teams. You will translate design concepts and ideas into interactive MVPs, tools, or platforms, and create animations and transitions for modern UI/UX using Lottie, GSAP, or custom SVG/CSS animations. Remaining abreast of the latest trends in technology, design, and digital storytelling will be crucial, as you will lead innovation labs, internal showcases, and prototyping sprints. Mentoring and guiding team members in creative technology, prototyping, and innovation workflows will also be part of your responsibilities. To excel in this role, you are expected to have over 10 years of experience in creative technology, digital production, or web development roles in creative or tech-driven environments. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js, or other component-based front-end frameworks is essential. Additionally, expertise in WordPress development, Webflow, Framer, and strong UI/UX understanding are required. Experience with APIs, AI tool integrations, animation, and motion integration using Lottie, GSAP, or Three.js will be beneficial. Being a creative technologist who enjoys building, experimenting, and scaling ideas, while also adept at guiding junior team members and communicating effectively between tech and creative domains, is crucial for success in this role.
