What would you do? Help balance increased marketing complexity and diminishing marketing resources. Drive marketing performance with deep functional and technical expertise, while accelerating time-to-market and operating efficiencies at scale through Data and Technology, Next Generation Content Services, Digital Marketing Services & Customer Engagement and Media Growth Services.Role requires Digital Marketing Ads & Promotion creation/designA set of tasks to design and plan the implementation of visual materials such as illustrations, photography, typography, space, layouts, and color to improve the user experience.
What are we looking for? UI/UX DesignAdobe IllustratorAdobe InDesignUI/UX, Graphic design, Adobe photoshop, Figma, Illustrator1.Degree or Post-graduation in Human Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or Design-related field or equivalent industry experience2.8+ years of professional experience in UI/UX field of work with 3+ years of people management experience3.Proven experience in delivering design concepts, user journeys, storyboards, wireframes and prototypes4.Exceptional communication and presentation skills5.Experience having worked in a Marketing & Operations environmentThinks and Acts Decisively The ability to anticipate issues and to proactively ensure that they do not materialize is required
Roles and Responsibilities:
In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problems May create new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures The person would require understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor May interact with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture Guidance would be provided when determining methods and procedures on new assignments Decisions made by you will often impact the team in which they reside Individual would manage small teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts1.Balance of visual design and interaction design2.Solid understanding of design systems3.Strong interpersonal skills4.Incorporate user research and usability testing to iterate on product solutions.5.Use analytics to shape design recommendations6.Guide/mentor fellow designers7.Anticipate user needs, and suggest ways for the business to address them8.Must be comfortable presenting to other stakeholders, hammering out ideas with them, and helping them find better ways to do things.9.Lead the Design teams process and decision-making including planning, prioritizing, and scheduling.10.Lead and participate in concept sessions leveraging ethnographic research and design thinking.11.Balance customer frictions and needs with business goals, market viability and technical feasibility12.Translate customer insights into concepts, personas, user journeys, storyboards, system maps, user flows, wireframes, visual design comps and prototypes13.Share industry insights, scientifically backed suggestions14.Coordinate with client and internal stakeholders for project schedules, quality requirements, resource allocation, risk, requirements, operational issues, Incident and change management15.Act as business advisor to the client service16.Manage the financial aspects and targets for the team17.Excellent knowledge of E2E deliveries of the service18.Excellent knowledge and ability to lead of all internal and external out of delivery aspects like procurement, hiring, business continuity etc.19.Stay abreast of new trends in content and technology in the video production communities and suggest new ways to implement these trends/technologies20.Guide team on best practices, new technologies and tools in the market Qualification Any Graduation
