Creative Producer / Content Producer

As a Creative Producer/Content Producer at FadHouse, you will be responsible for leading the execution of branded and sponsored content that seamlessly integrates with the FadHouse brand while effectively representing our partner brands. Your role will involve ideating, pitching, planning, and producing a variety of content including branded IPs, social-first videos, cafe-driven activations, and creator collaborations. You will navigate through timelines, feedback loops, and post-production workflows, striking a balance between agency-style delivery and creator-led chaos. Your key responsibilities will include creating decks, treatments, and campaign structures for branded IPs, managing logistics, scripts, locations, and on-ground teams during shoots, overseeing post-production processes such as coordinating timelines, ensuring brand approvals, and finalizing edits. Additionally, you will be in charge of client coordination, handling approvals, feedback loops, and delivery expectations, collaborating with editors, designers, DOPs, and creators, and ensuring content scalability by adapting campaigns into multiple platform-native formats. Learning from analytics to refine future content formats will also be an essential part of your role. To excel in this position, you should have at least 2-4 years of experience in content production or brand storytelling, possess excellent communication skills across verbal, written, and visual mediums, and have a solid understanding of branded content, creator collaborations, and fast-paced editing environments. You must be adept at managing shoots both in studios and on location, comfortable interacting with brand stakeholders and internal teams, and capable of maintaining composure in chaotic situations while efficiently driving the production process. Bonus skills that would be beneficial for this role include experience with the creator economy or social-first brands, knowledge of scripting, basic visual direction, or production design, familiarity with platforms such as Instagram Reels, Shorts, and YouTube for storytelling, as well as basic editing oversight and feedback skills.,
