Creative & Operations Associate

Role Overview

We’re looking for a versatile, creative individual who can wear multiple hats — from content creation to operations — and contribute to the growth of Subcultural Music across digital and on-ground experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging visual content (graphics, videos, and event promos) for social media and digital campaigns.
• Plan, schedule, and manage posts across our social media platforms.
• Collaborate on creative direction and brand storytelling.
• Assist in event coordination and on-ground operations (1–2 days a week).

Requirements

• Strong understanding of music, youth culture, and digital trends.
• Basic skills in graphic design, video editing, or social media tools.
• Comfortable working independently and collaborating remotely.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including late evenings during events/gigs.
