Creative & Operations Associate

As a versatile and creative individual, you will be responsible for contributing to the growth of Subcultural Music across digital and on-ground experiences. Your key responsibilities will include: - Creating engaging visual content such as graphics, videos, and event promos for social media and digital campaigns. - Planning, scheduling, and managing posts across various social media platforms. - Collaborating on creative direction and brand storytelling. - Assisting in event coordination and on-ground operations (12 days a week). To excel in this role, you should meet the following requirements: - Strong understanding of music, youth culture, and digital trends. - Basic skills in graphic design, video editing, or social media tools. - Comfortable working independently and collaborating remotely. - Availability to work flexible hours, including late evenings during events/gigs.
