Creative Media Producer

As a Creative Media Producer, you will be responsible for creating high-quality visual content across various digital platforms. Your role will involve shooting, editing, and designing a wide range of content such as promotional videos, ads, social media posts, product demos, and branding creatives. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, shoot, and produce high-quality videos including Reels, Shorts, product videos, event coverage, etc. - Operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment during shoots to capture visually compelling shots with proper framing, composition, and angles. - Edit raw footage using Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro, add transitions, effects, sound, and color correction. - Create basic motion graphics and animations using After Effects. - Design branding-oriented creatives like social media graphics, thumbnails, web assets, and banners. - Develop visually cohesive layouts that are brand-consistent and align with campaign goals and storyboards. - Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm creative visual ideas and stay updated on the latest trends in digital content formats. - Maintain organized media libraries and file management workflows. Qualifications Required: - 3 years of experience in video production, editing, and graphic design. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.). - Strong understanding of videography equipment, lighting, and audio setup. - Excellent storytelling skills, creativity, and attention to detail. - Ability to work under tight deadlines, handle multiple projects, and a good sense of social media content styles and formats.
