Creative Manager

Creative Operations to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in both digital and print design. You will be responsible for creating engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media, including websites, social media, advertisements, packaging, brochures, and more. This role demands a strong understanding of design principles, a sharp eye for aesthetics and details, and the ability to transform concepts into visually compelling content that resonates with our target audience.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Strong Visual design skills

2. Create and maintain brand consistency across all design work.

3. Translate marketing and product positioning strategies into visual campaigns.

4. Amend designs after feedback and ensure final graphics are visually appealing and on-brand.

5. Stay updated with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies.

6. Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD).

Familiarity with design tools like Figma, Sketch, Canva, or similar platforms.

Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.

Soft Skills:

1. Strong communication and collaboration skills.

2. Ability to take constructive feedback and implement revisions effectively.

3. Time management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

4. Experience with motion graphics and video editing tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro).

5. Knowledge of UX/UI principles.

6. Knowledge in Interactive and Gamified Ads

7. Experience working in an Agile or fast-paced environment.
