Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic Creative Head + Project Manager to lead our creative projects and ensure seamless execution from concept to delivery. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for the latest trends, strong project coordination skills, and the ability to guide creative teams to produce innovative designs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement creative strategies aligned with current digital marketing trends.
• Coordinate and manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
• Structure and plan creative design workflows for designers and teams.
• Collaborate closely with designers, copywriters, and other stakeholders to execute campaigns.
• Review and approve creative outputs to ensure brand consistency and originality.
• Monitor trends in design, social media, and digital marketing to keep the team ahead.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a digital marketing agency or creative environment.
• Strong understanding of design principles, branding, and visual storytelling.
• Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Knowledge of creative tools (Adobe Suite, Figma, Canva, etc.) is a plus.
• Languages: Proficiency in Malayalam, English, and Hindi (spoken & written).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
