We’re looking for a Creative Head who can lead, edit, and bring ideas to life.

Are you a highly creative thinker with hands-on editing skills and a knack for leading people and projects? We’re hiring a Creative Head who can:

• Lead a creative team with confidence and clarity
• Edit videos for digital, brand, and social media content
• Direct client shoots
• Bring fresh, marketing-driven ideas to every project

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit videos independently — including brand films, reels, ads, interviews, and product content
• Direct client shoots — ensuring the creative vision is properly executed on set
• Work closely with the marketing team to turn briefs into high-performing content
• Translate ideas into strong visual narratives that connect with audiences
• Oversee creative quality, timelines, and final delivery across multiple projects
• Stay updated on content trends, editing styles, and visual storytelling techniques

Requirements:

• 2–3+ years of experience in a creative role with editing and direction experience
• Strong video editing skills (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.)
• Experience directing brand-focused shoots (ads, reels, promos)
• Proven ability to lead and inspire a creative team
• Strong creative judgement and attention to detail
• Understanding of social media, branding, and content marketing
• Excellent communication and project management skills

Pay: ₹30,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
