YUVAKAA, a premium fashion and lifestyle brand under Transcontinental Celebration World Pvt Ltd (TCW Group), is seeking a creative leader to define and execute the brand's identity, visual communication, content marketing, and social media strategy. With a digital-first approach, YUVAKAA aims to expand across various consumer channels while maintaining its modern, stylish, and high-quality Western wear offerings for both men and women. Your responsibilities will include developing a modern and aspirational brand identity that resonates with Gen Z and Millennial consumers, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints, and building brand narratives that transcend fashion to integrate lifestyle and cultural relevance. You will lead the development of content calendars, brand campaigns, and social media strategies to drive engagement and brand recall, while also overseeing the execution of marketing campaigns and creative production to create high-quality visual assets. To excel in this role, you must have a minimum of eight years of experience in fashion branding, creative direction, content strategy, and digital marketing. You should possess a strong understanding of Gen Z and Millennial consumer behaviors, trend forecasting, social media engagement, and content commerce strategies. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, video editing software, UI/UX tools, and AI-driven content analytics is essential, along with strong leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams and creative professionals effectively.
