As a Creative + Growth Co-founder at Uniwav Media, a creator growth studio for fitness influencers from Tier 2 & Tier 3 India, your role will be to lead the content side by shooting high-quality Reels, gym content, and Shorts, editing in trendy, storytelling-based formats, joining calls with creators & brands, helping onboard, pitch, and close creators/clients, and building growth roadmaps alongside the strategy lead. **Key Responsibilities:** - Shoot high-quality Reels, gym content, and Shorts - Edit content in trendy, storytelling-based formats - Join calls with creators & brands - Help onboard, pitch, and close creators/clients - Build growth roadmaps and execute alongside the strategy lead **Qualifications Required:** - Based in Delhi NCR - Content-first creative with the ability to sell ideas - Experience working with creators or gyms - Enthusiasm for building a real business (profit-share/equity role) - Confident communication skills and enjoy working directly with creators Uniwav Media is focused on starting with fitness creators like powerlifters & gym influencers to build solid case studies before expanding to a full talent & content studio.
