Key Responsibilities

1. Branding & Creative Design

• Design high-quality creatives for social media, advertisements, websites, brochures, posters, banners, and resort collaterals.
• Ensure consistent brand identity and visual language across all platforms.
• Conceptualize and execute creative ideas that enhance marketing campaigns and brand presence.

2. Social Media & Digital Marketing Support

• Create engaging designs for reels, thumbnails, ad creatives, stories, and digital banners.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on campaign visuals and layout strategies.
• Optimize designs for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Google Ads, and WhatsApp.

3. Print & Outdoor Design

• Develop print-ready files for hoardings, standees, signage, tent cards, menus, flyers, maps, and resort displays.
• Coordinate with printers, vendors, and suppliers to ensure quality output and timely delivery.

4. Photography & Content Coordination

• Work closely with photography and video teams to plan shoots and enhance visual output.
• Perform basic photo enhancements, color correction, and creative visual edits when required.

5. Collaboration & Workflow

• Interpret creative briefs accurately and deliver designs within deadlines.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and consistency.
• Actively contribute ideas during marketing meetings and brainstorming sessions.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in graphic design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and Canva (preferred).
• Strong understanding of color theory, typography, layout, and branding principles.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
• Photography and video editing skills are an added advantage.
