Job Summary:

We are looking for a multiskilled creative designer who can handle a wide range of design and branding activities — from digital media to physical office branding. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing visually appealing materials that enhance our brand identity across print, digital, and workspace environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create modern, responsive, and visually aligned website layouts and graphics.

• Develop professional and branded PowerPoint decks and corporate presentations using provided content.

• Design catalogues, brochures, letterheads, visiting cards, envelopes, and other brand collateral.

• Recommend and design basic office branding solutions — wall graphics, art, or paintings that reflect brand aesthetics.

• Create engaging banners, posts, and visuals for social media platforms.

• Support basic video creation and editing for corporate and marketing purposes.

• Design standees, event banners, posters, and other promotional materials.

• Ensure design consistency and alignment with company branding guidelines.

• Collaborate with marketing, HR, and leadership teams for cross-departmental creative needs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (preferred).

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in graphic or creative design.

• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, and PowerPoint.

• Basic knowledge of video editing tools (Premiere Pro / CapCut / Canva Video).

• Experience in web or UI design (Figma / Wix / WordPress templates preferred).

• Strong creative thinking and ability to handle multiple design types simultaneously.

• Eye for detail, brand alignment, and aesthetics.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in corporate branding or event design.

• Understanding of print production and material design.

• Knowledge of social media marketing visuals and trends.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
