Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines while maintaining high creative standards.

What You Must Bring

• Minimum 3+ years of proven design experience

  in an agency or creative environment.
• Mastery of

  Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

  and familiarity with

  After Effects, Premiere Pro, or CorelDRAW

  .
• A strong eye for layout, color, typography, and composition.
• Real-world understanding of brand communication and how design drives engagement.
• Comfort working with feedback loops, multiple revisions, and quick turnarounds.
• Self-motivated, organized, and proactive someone who doesn't wait for inspiration; they create it.

Bonus Skills (Preferred)

Experience designing for motion graphics, reels, or video overlays.

Knowledge of printing processes, packaging design, and digital ad formats.

AI-powered design tools (Firefly, Canva AI, Midjourney, etc.)

• Ability to guide junior designers or interns when needed.
