Role Overview:

Spin Doctors Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a passionate and skilled Creative Generalist (Video Editing + Graphic design) to join its core campaign content team in Patna.

This is a high-intensity, fast-paced role suited for someone who can independently handle both graphic design and video editing tasks and is enthusiastic about contributing to a meaningful political campaign rooted in Bihar’s social fabric.

You will be responsible for:

- Managing social media properties (Twitter/X handles, Instagram Reels, Facebook pages, etc.)

- Creating and disseminating high-engagement political content.

- Supporting narrative-building, rapid-response communication, and trend-based content deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Operations & Content Deployment

·      Create localized political graphic content, memes, reels, and threads etc.

·      Use AI tools for bulk content creation, formatting, and repurposing.

·      Ensure daily posting, hashtag campaigns, and meme cycles by volunteers.

·      Provide digital material, FAQs, and talking points to them regularly.

·      Deliver with low TAT through premade templates in a fast-paced environment.
