As a Catalog Manager, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end catalog lifecycle across digital platforms. Your key responsibilities will include: - Driving the visual content strategy to align with brand aesthetics and consumer trends - Leveraging Generative AI tools for scaling imagery, videos, and product renders - Collaborating with Tech, Product, and Marketing teams to enhance catalog discoverability and SEO - Ensuring operational efficiency through workflow automation, SLA tracking, and content accuracy - Monitoring catalog performance metrics such as CTR, conversions, and time-on-page for continuous improvement - Mentoring a team of designers, stylists, editors, and automation specialists - Benchmarking against industry standards and incorporating global inspiration into catalog strategy The preferred candidate for this role should have: - 8+ years of experience in catalog/content management or creative direction, preferably in e-commerce or fashion industry - A strong portfolio showcasing visual merchandising, catalog shoots, and proficiency in 3D/AI tools - Familiarity with Gen-AI/ML tools for visual content creation is a major advantage - Excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills - A degree in Fashion Design or Visual Communication - Prior experience in the fashion, lifestyle, D2C, E-commerce, or retail sector If you are looking for a challenging role where you can lead a dynamic team and drive catalog innovation, this position could be the perfect fit for you.
