Creative Director Retail

As a Creative Director - Retail Design in the Retail Design department based in Gurgaon, you will play a pivotal role in leading the design team to success. With over 15 years of experience in retail projects encompassing various sizes and brand identities, you will bring valuable expertise to the table. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 7-8 years of dedicated retail experience and a total of 16 to 18 years in interior design, preferably having worked with an International Brand. Your responsibilities will include conceptualizing and implementing design strategies, collaborating closely with clients to grasp their design needs thoroughly, and producing drawings, BOQs, BOM, and detailed design dockets along with fixture detailing. You will be expected to provide creative direction to the design team, ensuring cost-effective solutions through value engineering exercises, and overseeing fixture proto-type production to avoid rollout complications. Your leadership skills will be vital in mentoring and developing team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment, and maintaining client relationships. Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills will aid you in negotiating with stakeholders and ensuring project timelines and quality standards are met. Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp will be required to excel in this role.
