Must have

15+ years of experience in graphic design and digital creative fields

5+ years in team leadership or management roles

Strong background in digital marketing, branding, and UX/UI design

Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills

Proven track record of delivering strategic, high-impact creative work

Deep understanding of web and mobile design systems, UX principles, and creative technologies
