Creative Designer

As a Creative Designer at Wildpunch Design, you will be responsible for crafting visually appealing designs that captivate audiences across various platforms. Your role will involve conceptualizing and executing creative ideas for branding, campaigns, social media, print ads, and digital assets. Collaboration with the creative and accounts team to brainstorm ideas and translate brand objectives into visually powerful design solutions will be key. You will also develop layouts for brochures, logos, packaging, outdoor media, and digital ads while ensuring consistency with brand guidelines. Staying updated with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques is crucial for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Conceptualize and execute creative ideas for branding, campaigns, social media, print ads, and digital assets. - Translate brand objectives into clear, visually powerful design solutions. - Collaborate with the creative and accounts team to brainstorm ideas and present design strategies. - Develop layouts for brochures, logos, packaging, outdoor media, and digital ads. - Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines. - Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques. Qualifications Required: - 2 to 4 years of experience in a creative/design role, preferably in an advertising agency or boutique studio. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD or After Effects is a plus). - Strong portfolio showcasing design skills across various formats and industries. - Solid understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, color theory, and composition. - Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. - Good communication and presentation skills.
