Job Description

You are an organized and creative videographer cum graphic designer responsible for planning, filming, and editing video content. Working closely with the creative, brand, sales, and product marketing teams, you will develop multimedia content for various purposes such as customer stories, internal company videos, external promotional/social videos, recruiting videos, sales enablement videos, and designing go-to-market collaterals. Your role involves gathering project requirements, scripting, storyboarding, selecting optimal forms of media, and producing video shoots including scouting, selecting locations, and talent reservation. As a videographer cum graphic designer, you will be recording and editing video and sound projects, choosing program formats for final output, importing media, organizing raw media, editing footage and sound files, creating and incorporating static and motion graphics, adding titling, music, and voice-overs. Additionally, you will provide brand-aligned video feedback to both external agencies and internal stakeholders. Managing the image and video library, as well as overseeing stock/footage subscriptions, will also be part of your responsibilities. To qualify for this role, you should have at least 6 years of related experience in video production and graphic designing, working on projects for various clients, industries, and applications. Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, Frame.io, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and similar software is essential. Knowledge of camera, audio, lighting, and editing equipment, as well as live and recorded video production techniques and workflows, is required. Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with excellent project and time management abilities, are necessary for this position. Your skills should include experience in Office Suite products, particularly PowerPoint and Word. Being a self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and a natural storyteller with excellent interview and research capabilities will be advantageous.
