Creative Designer

As a Design Development professional, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and developing themes, concepts, and mood boards for woven fabrics. Your role will involve creating original prints, patterns, and textures using various techniques, as well as experimenting with color palettes, materials, and finishes to achieve the desired aesthetic effects. To excel in this role, it is essential to stay up-to-date with the latest fashion and textile trends. You will be required to conduct research on design platforms, industry publications, and analyze market data to identify emerging trends and translate them into innovative and marketable designs. Having technical expertise in textile production processes, including weaving, printing, and dyeing, is crucial. You will collaborate with technical teams to ensure that designs are technically feasible and can be produced efficiently. Troubleshooting design and production issues and implementing solutions to achieve desired outcomes will also be part of your responsibilities. Client collaboration is an integral aspect of this role. You will work closely with clients to understand their specific needs and preferences, present design concepts and prototypes effectively, and address client feedback and revisions. Building strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships is key to success in this position. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating physical samples to showcase designs and communicate ideas effectively. Overseeing the production of samples to ensure they meet quality standards and deadlines will be part of your daily tasks. Completing final collections seasonally and presenting them to the marketing team will also be a critical aspect of your role.,
