Job Title: Creative Designer

Job Summary: As our Creative Designer, you'll be the visual storyteller for our marketing efforts. Your role includes designing static graphics, crafting short-form video (reels), animations, and motion elements, all while ensuring brand consistency and strong visual impact across campaigns.

Job Location: Chennai

Key Responsibilities:

· Graphic & Visual Design

Create high-impact designs—logos, brochures, banners, carousels, infographics, UI visuals—for digital and print.

Design assets using Adobe Creative Suite and ensure that visual communication aligns with brand standards.

· Motion & Short-Form Video

Produce short animated segments—motion graphics, typography animations, video cuts—for marketing storytelling.

Apply animation principles and engage viewers through dynamic content.

· Typography & Layout Mastery

Select and apply typography that reflects brand personality and enhances readability.

Apply design principles—hierarchy, balance, spacing, alignment—to create visually compelling layouts.

· Conceptualization & Storyboarding

concepts and storyboards that effectively address campaign objectives.

Iterate visual ideas in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

· Brand Compliance & Quality Assurance

Enforce visual consistency across all brand assets—typography, colour palette, layout.

Prepare production-ready files for both digital and print mediums

· Asset & Workflow Management

Maintain organized file systems, version control, and project documentation.

Manage multiple timelines and deliverables effectively.

· Trend Awareness & Innovation

Stay updated on current design and motion trends, typography innovations, and emerging tools. Proactively suggest ways to update brand assets and campaign designs to remain fresh and contemporary.

· Performance Insights & Iteration

Use engagement metrics to optimize visual content—improving downloads, views, or shares

Required Qualifications & Skills

· Education & Experience:

candidates should have the relevant skills in both graphic designing and animation, video creation, motion graphics.

o Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or related field.

o 0-2 years of relevant experience as creative designer.

· Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite:

o Photoshop – image editing, compositing

o Illustrator – vector design, typography

o InDesign – document layout

o After Effects – motion graphics, animation

o Premiere Pro – video editing

o Experience with Creative Cloud Libraries or Adobe XD is a plus

· Design & Creative Aptitude:

o Excellent visual design sense: typography, colour theory, layout, visual hierarchy.

o Ability to translate ideas into engaging static and motion content.

· Problem-Solving & Adaptability:

o Creative mindset to tackle challenges and adapt as project scopes evolve.

· Communication & Collaboration:

o Strong verbal and written skills to communicate design rationale and build consensus.

o Experience presenting to internal teams and iterating based on feedback.

· Time & Project Management:

o Proven ability to handle multiple projects concurrently and deliver on schedule.

Preferred skills

· Familiarity with UI/UX design tools (e.g., Figma).

· Motion or 3D animation skills.

· Ability to translate engagement data into creative enhancements.

Pay: ₹10,212.82 - ₹33,672.56 per month
