Key Responsibilities

Design & Creativity

• Develop

  creative concepts, designs, and layouts

  for marketing campaigns, branding, product launches, and seasonal collections.
• Create

  high-quality graphics, banners, social media creatives, brochures, catalogues, and packaging designs

  .
• Design

  store branding materials

  such as hoardings, in-store posters, signage, and display visuals.
• Edit and enhance

  product photography

  to highlight craftsmanship and design details.

Branding & Marketing Support

• Ensure

  brand guidelines

  are maintained across all visual communication.
• Collaborate with

  marketing and sales teams

  to create promotional materials that drive sales and engagement.
• Work closely with

  digital marketing teams

  to produce engaging content for websites, e-commerce, and social media platforms.

Technical & Tools Expertise

• Proficiency in

  Adobe Creative Suite

  (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe XD, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Experience in

  video editing, motion graphics, and 3D rendering

  (preferred).
• Knowledge of UI/UX design for website and mobile app enhancements (preferred).

Collaboration & Communication

• Work closely with photographers, printers, and vendors to execute creative projects.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh, innovative ideas.
• Manage multiple projects with strict timelines while maintaining quality standards.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong sense of

  aesthetics, typography, and color theory

  .
• Creativity with attention to detail and luxury branding sensibility.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Strong Hands on exposure in multimedia or making promotional videos.
• Ability to adapt designs for different platforms (print, digital, video).
• Strong communication skills to explain concepts and ideas effectively.

Requirements

• Experience:

  2–5 years in creative design (Luxury, Retail, or Gems & Jewellery industry preferred).

• Software Skills:

  Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDRAW, Adobe XD, Premiere Pro, After Effects.

• Portfolio:

  Must provide a portfolio of previous work showcasing creative skills in branding, marketing materials, and product design.
