Job Description

Responsibilities

Collaborate with product managers, development and design team, to translate user requirements into unique brand and product experiences thereby meeting the business goals.
Work to create impactful designs, prototypes, app flows and document the design architecture.
Work with product team in UAT for design validation
Involve and lead the UI team in all phases of product lifecycle including requirements gathering, user analysis, IA, UI design, testing and implementation
Produce interesting graphic assets for products.
Graphic production - create art assets for mobile and web
Manage multiple products design requirement and remain open for constructive feedback and changes in the design aspects
Present and effectively communicate how the creative vision will help achieve company objectives.
Contribute extensively to enhance and improvise the branding strategy
Gains an understanding of MFL business, company culture and analytics capabilities.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years experience with tools - Wireframing, Figma, Adobe suites or any similar software
Proven expertise in user research and ability to simplify complex user requirements
Minimum 2 years experience in leading design team and handling complex products
Excellent communication and collaborative skills
Having great attention to detail
Problem identification and problem solving skills
Ability to empathize, define and ideate user friendly design for multiple products
Good decision making, team management and empathizing skills
Good at seeking feedback positively
