Creative Designer

As a Creative Designer at our company, you will be responsible for designing assets for various platforms such as social media, presentations, marketing, and promotional materials. It will be crucial for you to stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices to enhance creativity and efficiency in your work. You will need to revise and refine designs based on stakeholder feedback and project requirements to ensure the quality standards, brand guidelines, and project deadlines are met. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience as a Creative Designer or in a similar design role with any Brand or Agency. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) is a must. A strong portfolio showcasing creative and innovative design work will be required to demonstrate your visual design skills, attention to detail, color theory, and composition. A solid understanding of branding, marketing, and visual storytelling is essential for this role. Good communication and teamwork skills are also necessary for effective collaboration with teams. You should be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. Awareness of design trends and the ability to adapt to evolving styles will be an advantage. Preferred skills and experience include familiarity with motion graphics or animation tools (e.g., After Effects), knowledge of digital marketing strategies and their design requirements, as well as experience with photography or video editing for multimedia projects. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule and requires in-person work at our location.
