We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented designer with strong visual storytelling skills to design and adapt creatives across digital platforms. The ideal candidate combines artistic flair with digital-first thinking and is comfortable using AI-powered design tools to enhance creativity and efficiency.
The role involves conceptualizing and executing high-quality visual assets for social media, websites, performance marketing, emailers, digital brochures, and other online communications. The designer should have a good sense of aesthetics, brand identity, and user experience principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize and design engaging creatives across digital touchpoints — static posts, GIFs, short videos, carousels, reels, and infographics.
  • Support performance marketing campaigns with attention-grabbing visuals optimized for various ad platforms (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
  • Design digital mailers, microsite visuals, landing pages, and digital brochures consistent with the brand’s tone and visual identity.
  • Collaborate with content, digital, and brand teams to ensure cohesive storytelling across channels.
  • Assist in developing UI/UX layouts and visual wireframes for websites and microsites.
  • Use AI generative tools (such as Canva, Midjourney, Runway, Google Veo, Firefly, etc.) to create and enhance creative assets efficiently.
  • Manage creative assets, versioning, and file organization for digital campaigns.
  • Stay updated with design trends, AI-based creative tools, and emerging digital formats

Desired Skills & Competencies:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • Working knowledge of AI-assisted design tools (e.g., Canva, Midjourney, Firefly, Runway, Veo, etc.).
  • Good understanding of UI/UX design principles and tools like Figma / Adobe XD.
  • Basic understanding of motion graphics and video editing for short-form digital content.
  • Strong visual sense, typography, and layout skills.
  • Ability to translate marketing briefs into compelling visual ideas.
  • Attention to detail
