Designation: Creative Design Executive
Office Location: Showroom No. 02, Ground Floor, Prime Business Bay, Veerbhadra Nagar, Baner, Pune 411045
Total Experience : 3 years
Preferred Domain: Architecture & Space Planning, Appliance & Kitchen Equipment, Modular Kitchen Design, Interior Design
Relevant Experience: Interior Design Experience, Modular Kitchen Design Experience, Proficiency with Design Software
Shift Timings: 10:30 AM - 7:30 PM

Responsibilities

Meet with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and lifestyle requirements to create tailored kitchen designs.
Conceptualize and create innovative modular kitchen designs that reflect current
trends while ensuring functionality and usability.
Utilize design software (e. g. Winner, AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar) to produce
detailed 3D models and visual presentations of kitchen layouts.
Research and recommend suitable materials, finishes, and appliances that
complement the design while adhering to budget constraints.
Work closely with sales, marketing, and production teams to ensure designs are
feasible, aligned with brand standards, and meet client expectations.
Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and design innovations to continually
enhance the creative design process.
Prepare and present design proposals to clients, showcasing visual concepts,
materials, and layouts effectively.
Incorporate client feedback and make necessary adjustments to designs to achieve
the desired outcome.
Create detailed design documentation, including technical drawings,
specifications, and project timelines for production teams.
Ensure that all designs meet quality standards and regulatory requirements during
the design and implementation phases.

Kitchen Design Expertise, Winner Software, CAD and 3D Modeling, Color Theory & Material Knowledge
Understanding of Kitchen Equipment & Appliances, Space Planning,
2D/3D Design Software, Rendering Software, Project Management Tools
Client-Centric Approach, Presentation Skills, Negotiation & Persuasion
Time Management, Budget Management, Coordination
Tech Savvy
Education: Interior Designing

Preferred Language: Proficiency in English, Hindi and Marathi
