As a Creative Copywriter at our marketing agency, your role will involve crafting sharp, witty, and attention-grabbing copy across various digital platforms. You will be responsible for maintaining each brand's tone of voice while infusing freshness, cultural relevance, and personality into every piece of communication. Your collaboration with designers, strategists, and account teams will be essential in developing strong concepts that resonate with Millennial & Gen Z sensibilities. **Key Responsibilities:** - Craft sharp, witty, attention-grabbing copy for social media, digital campaigns, brand storytelling, and high-impact creative concepts. - Maintain each brand's tone of voice while infusing freshness, cultural relevance, and personality into every communication. - Collaborate closely with designers, strategists, and account teams to develop concepts aligned with current trends and audience preferences. - Work in a fast-paced environment, delivering scroll-stopping copy that aligns with campaign goals and real-time opportunities. - Support multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring clarity, creativity, and consistency across all deliverables. - Stay updated with internet and pop culture trends to create timely and culturally relevant content. - Produce high-quality work that stands out in the digital landscape and enhances brand engagement. **Requirements / Qualifications:** - Minimum 3 years of experience as a Creative Copywriter with a focus on digital-first brands and campaigns. - Strong command over English copywriting, with the ability to create engaging, platform-specific content. - Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments and deliver quick turnaround copy for reactive campaigns. - Deep understanding of internet culture, pop culture, memes, and evolving social behavior. - Strong collaboration skills and proficiency in English for effective communication. - Familiarity with AI tools for writing and research is a plus. - Proficiency in Hindi and/or Kannada is a plus but not mandatory.,
