Role Overview:

Creative Content Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead an integrated content strategy aligned with brand goals across all verticals—hospitality, real estate, wellness, and retail
  
• Conceptualize and oversee content creation across platforms (website, blogs, brochures, product packaging, digital ads, videos, social media, emailers, press releases)
  
• Supervise writers, designers, videographers, and agencies to ensure quality, consistency, and timely delivery
  
• Craft and edit long-form and short-form content that reflects the brand tone and storytelling style
  
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to develop campaign ideas and brand assets
  
• Track content performance across platforms and optimize based on engagement metrics and trends
  
• Ensure visual and narrative alignment across all consumer-facing materials
  
• Develop brand communication guidelines, voice, and messaging frameworks
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, English, Marketing, or related field
  
• 5–8 years of content experience in luxury retail, wellness, hospitality, or lifestyle brands
  
• Strong portfolio with a variety of formats—editorial, branded content, visual storytelling, social, and product marketing
  
• Proven ability to lead content teams and manage creative workflows end-to-end
  
• Excellent writing, editing, and conceptual thinking skills
  
• Understanding of SEO, content analytics, and digital engagement metrics
  
• Familiarity with content tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Notion, Grammarly, and CMS platforms
