Job Title: Creative Content Manager (Ed-Tech)
About the Role
We are looking for a highly creative, innovative,detail-oriented, and proactive Content Creation Manager to support our ed-tech company in the fields of Stock Market, Excel, and AI. This role involves managing content creation, ad & video shoot arrangements & team & cast coordination, as well as market research & analysis . This role requires someone who is not only organized, having spontaneous ideas but also has a strong creative mindset to contribute new ideas, scripts and strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Reminder & Coordination:
Arrange , Schedule and remind about shooting dates, locations, meetings, and important events.
Coordinate with teams and vendors to ensure smooth execution of tasks.
Creative Script Writing:
Draft or revamp engaging scripts for ad shoots, video content, and campaigns.
Edit and refine existing scripts to improve quality and impact according to latest market trends.
Market Research & Analysis:
Conduct research on competitors, trends, and audience behavior in the ed-tech sector (Stock Market, Excel & AI).
Provide insights and reports to support decision-making.
Content & Idea Generation:
Brainstorm creative ideas for marketing campaigns and ads.
Support in developing fresh concepts for branding and promotions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
1.5 to 2 years of experience in content creation, script writing, Video shooting & photography or digital marketing.
Strong writing and communication skills (English, Marathi & Hindi language is must).
Ability to think creatively and edit scripts effectively.
Understanding of social media, ad campaigns, and catchy video production & managing respected team end to end .
Interest or knowledge in Stock Market, Excel, and AI tools is a big advantage.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
