Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Creative Content Manager located in Hyderabad . The Creative Content Manager will be responsible for leading and executing the content direction for Rathan Javvaji’s personal brand and Wepp Design Agency. The role involves conceptualizing ideas, planning shoots, scripting videos, and collaborating with editor s and designers to create engaging content for Instagram , YouTube , and other digital platforms. Additional tasks include managing the content calendar, researching trends, and maintaining high creative standards across all platforms. Qualifications Skills in Creative Direction, Content Ideation, and Video Planning Experience in Scripting, Social Media Strategy, and Trend Research Proficiency in Video Editing or ability to guide editors effectively Strong sense of Visual Storytelling and Social Media Aesthetics Knowledge of platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and Shorts formats Ability to manage multiple creative projects and meet deadlines Familiarity with eCommerce, Branding, or the Creator Economy is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Media, Communication, Design, or a related field is preferred (Optional) Location: Hyderabad (On-site) Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
