We’re hiring on behalf of a US-based digital marketing agency that serves clients in the legal services industry. They’re looking for a highly skilled Virtual Assistant who excels in both Canva design and GoHighLevel automation. This is a remote, full-time opportunity for someone with a strong creative eye and a solid grasp of marketing funnels and tools.

Role Overview

Canva Design Tasks:

● Create social media graphics, email headers, and lead magnets

● Follow and maintain brand guidelines

● Deliver clean, professional designs with fast turnaround

GoHighLevel Automation Tasks:

● Build and manage workflows, campaigns, pipelines

● Create funnels: opt-in pages, landing pages, thank-you pages

● Set up triggers and automations to streamline client journeys

● Integrate with third-party tools like CRMs, calendars, etc.

What We’re Looking For

● 2+ years of experience with Canva (portfolio required)

● 1+ year of hands-on GoHighLevel experience

● Solid understanding of automation tasks

● Strong communication skills in English

● Reliable, detail-oriented, self-managed

● Prior experience with US clients

● Familiarity with service-based or legal industries
