Customer Relationship Executive – SMR

Location: BADKAL MOR

Job Role: To ensure customer satisfaction, handle customer queries/complaints, and support service retention by building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and interact with customers visiting the service center.
• Handle inbound/outbound calls for service reminders, feedback, and follow-ups.
• Explain service offers, AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract), insurance renewals, etc.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and escalate when required.
• Maintain customer records and update service history in the system.
• Work with the service team to ensure smooth customer handling.
• Support in increasing service retention and customer loyalty.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience (freshers can apply).
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
