Job Role:

• Handle walk-in and online customer inquiries.
• Build strong relationships with potential buyers.
• Provide detailed information about VinFast EV models and offers.
• Coordinate test drives and support the sales team.
• Follow-up with leads and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Female candidates only.
• Minimum Qualification: PUC/Graduate.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
• Fresher or 1+ year experience in customer service/sales preferred.
• Language skills: English, Kannada, Hindi (added advantage).
