As a Service Delivery Operations Manager, you will be responsible for handling service delivery operations, including service network development and changes in the territory according to business needs. You will prioritize and resolve NAD customer services as per SLA set by HO. Additionally, you will provide training and troubleshooting guidance to technicians in the field and visit major customers under AMC/OW/IW. Your role will also involve promoting Blue Star Spares to channel partners for increasing branch revenue. You will be expected to retain, convert, and acquire AMC contracts based on product category and old database. Furthermore, you will conduct sales channel visits and resolve stock issues within specified timelines. In case of escalations in the field, it will be your responsibility to address and resolve them on a top priority basis.
