Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Craftsmanship/ PQ Lead at Karigari in Pune. The Craftsmanship/ PQ Lead will be responsible for overseeing quality engineering, control, assurance, product quality, and management tasks on a day-to-day basis. 🚨 We’re Hiring! What You’ll Do - Define and implement geometry & appearance targets (gaps, flush, radii). - Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure top-quality parts. - Lead virtual and physical assessments to benchmark and meet Perceived Quality goals. - Develop and enhance PQ processes while addressing diverse market needs. What We’re Looking For - Experience in automotive exterior/interior trim engineering. - Strong skills in **GD&T, **CATIA, **VRED, and **Microsoft Office. - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. - Fluency in *English; knowledge of **Hindi is a plus.
