CPQ Specialist

As a member of the Hitachi Energy Indian Operations Center (INOPC) team, you will be part of a group of over 2600 skilled engineers dedicated to various functions including tendering, engineering, planning, procurement, project management, system testing, installation supervision, documentation, and commissioning. Your primary mission will involve utilizing your analytical skills to analyze data and create reports that support the Pricing and Strategic Marketing teams within the global Business Unit (BU) High. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, extracting, and analyzing data from sales/financial tools and other relevant sources to identify trends, growth opportunities, and measure specific activities" performance. You will also be expected to understand the product and market segmentation of the portfolio, develop expertise in data ecosystems within production units, define and interpret key Sales and data quality KPIs, collaborate with data scientists and pricing specialists on pricing strategies, develop reports and dashboards using tools like Salesforce.com, SalesBI, and PowerBI, support competence development activities and marketing demand generation, drive pricing management system implementation, and ensure continuous process improvement and data quality. To be successful in this role, you should have knowledge of the Power BI platform, experience in data visualization, expertise in data extraction and modeling from various sources, 1-3 years of experience in Data Analytics, exposure to Python, strong Excel and Power Pivot skills, math proficiency, problem-solving aptitude, and excellent communication and presentation skills.
